How does it work?
The first step to participate in EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) is to register on the Platform. The registration is easy, takes just few minutes and requires only basic information.
One EURES TMS Adviser will contact you as soon as you register, to gather information about your needs, introduce you to the project initiative and procedures. You will be provided with all the support you might need to launch your job, apprenticeship, or traineeship vacancies.
Once your vacancies are ready, the Adviser will select within the CVs present on the platform the candidates best suited to your needs and will send you a list of possible candidates. You will receive a first selection of candidates and organise on-line or face-to-face interviews.
When you recruit through EURES TMS the Adviser will make sure you access all the available measures and financial benefits.
If you need a very specific profile or open a high number of vacancies, the project can launch a tailored communication campaign to gather the best candidates.
