How does it work?
The first step to participate in EURES Targeted Mobility Scheme (TMS) is to register on the Platform. The registration is easy, takes just few minutes and requires only basic information.
- One of our EURES Advisers will contact you as soon as you register, to gather information about your needs, introduce you to the TMS initiative and procedures. We will provide you all the support you might need to launch your job, apprenticeship or traineeship vacancies.
Once your vacancies are defined, the Adviser will select within the CVs present on our platform the candidates best suited to your needs and will send you a list of possible candidates. You will receive a first selection of candidates and organise on-line or face-to-face interviews.
When you recruit through EURES TMS the Adviser will make sure you access all the available measures and financial benefits.
If you need a very specific profile or open a high number of vacancies, we can launch a tailored communication campaign to gather the best candidates.
