To be eligible for the financial contribution provided by the EURES TMS, any training programme offered both for candidates recruited through the project and existing SME workers must:

• have started, be carried out and completed within the duration of the action- comply with the principle of sound financial management, in particular regarding economy and efficiency
• have started at least when claiming the financial support

Both in-company and/or external training may be accepted. Under no circumstances can this financial support be claimed for existing SME workers only.
