The EURES National Coordination Office Italy has launched this new initiative called Top EURES Employer Label. This label award guarantees the employer’s commitment to contribute to the achievement of the EURES TMS project goals and to meet precise European quality traineeship standards. Acquiring the TOP EURES Employer Label takes place on the basis of a qualitative assessment.
Which companies were the first to receive this important recognition?
Three companies received the “label” during the final event of the project “Your first EURES job” which was held online last April 21:
The first company to receive the award was the one led by Gabriella Minuzzo, a small farm in Valle D’Aosta, Azienda Agricola Gabriella Minuzzo, with an adjoining bed and breakfast (http://www.victoret.it), which hosted a traineeship and offered an integration program as provided by the project. The territory of Challand Saint Victor is an area suited for the cultivation of vine and here the Minuzzo family has been producing fine wines for two generations. The trainee, Katerina Rusnokova, confirmed the quality of the traineeship experience.
Another employer to receive this important recognition was RicreAzione, (https://www.ricreazioneancona.it/), an artisanal enterprise in Ancona, Italy, born in 2015 from an idea of Gabriele Mannello. In RicreAzione the basic idea is to recover, where possible, objects and materials and be able to re-create something new, a unique piece, as personalized as possible, and relevant to the needs of the customer. The trainee, Dāvis Rudzītis, also confirmed the quality of his traineeship experience.
Also a Spanish company in Sevilla, The Salmon Factor, CEO Pablo Gonzàlez, received the “TempL”. The Salmon Factor (http://thesalmonfactor.com/) is a business and marketing consultancy that helps companies achieve their goals by putting the widest range of tools at the service of the strategy. From the most innovative mobile and digital scenario, to institutional communication or marketing applied to sales, the company provides a rich ‘know-how’ to accompany its customers in the long term. The trainee, Giody da Pozzo, confirmed the quality of the traineeship experience.
The TOP EURES Employer Label is awarded for the reference year of the project (e.g. 2020) and renewed annually.
